- Fully trained CNC mill/lathe machinist, crane operators, fabricators, mechanical / millwright, riggers, and steel erection staff
- Welders have codings including AWS D1.5, AWS A5.1 AASHTO / AWS D1.5 Bridge welding code and state of Ohio S-1011, ASME Section IX, API 1104, etc.
- Our Quality Management system is based on ISO 9001 2015, which we are working on achieving full accreditation.
- The machine shop is working to API spec 7 and T.H. HILL DS-1 inspection.
- Full API Inspection and reporting capabilities
- Employees receive in-house onboard training and third-party technical training for their trades.
- We offer our managers hands-on and classroom management training and development programs with third-party training.
